Recruitment Consultant

Are you a recruitment consultant with around a year’s experience, looking for a business that will give you the support, flexibility, and progression to really grow your career?

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and driven Grafton Recruitment team in Leeds. You’ll be part of a strong brand that’s part of Gi Group, one of the largest recruitment groups globally, giving you access to excellent tools, training, and networks, while still working in a close knit, supportive local team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing new and existing client relationships through proactive business development and networking

• Building and maintaining a strong candidate network within your specialist market

• Managing the full 360 recruitment process from taking briefs and sourcing talent to negotiating offers and managing placements

• Identifying opportunities to grow your desk and contribute to the wider team’s success

• Working collaboratively with a team that genuinely celebrates each other’s achievements

What we’re looking for:

• Around 12 months’ experience in recruitment (any sector welcome)

• Confidence in developing new business and building long term client partnerships

• A proactive, positive mindset and strong communication skills

• Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, ambitious team
